Lovely, spacious flat with comfy bed. Easy tram access, 7 min walk away. Well-organized check-in via email, no reception contact. Clean, well-sized room with TV, fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, and towels. Conveniently located near Lidl grocery store and bus stop. Safe with code entry. Enough storage space for dog. Enjoyable stay.

We loved staying at this place! The location in a residential area was perfect, not too far from the city center. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to others.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel's location in a residential area was great, with a bus stop just around the corner. It was not too far from central Munich, making it convenient to explore the city. having a supermarket next door was a bonus for easy shopping.
